New York [US], July 21: Wall Street's main indices closed marginally lower on Monday.
The S&P 500 fell 13.50 points, or 0.18%, to end at 7,444.19, while the Nasdaq Composite slipped 9.98 points, or 0.04%, to 25,510.27.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 297.46 points, or 0.57%, to close at 51,848.96.

New Delhi [India], October 28: The 2026 southwest monsoon was forecast to be a weak one. In April, the India Meteorological Department expected the season to deliver about 92% of the rainfall India normally receives between June and September. By the end of May it had revised that down to roughly 90%, putting the odds of a below-normal season at 84%. By early August, the country had received about 11% less rain than a normal year to that date.
