New York [US], July 21: Wall Street's main indices closed marginally lower on Monday.
The S&P 500 fell 13.50 points, or 0.18%, to end at 7,444.19, while the Nasdaq Composite slipped 9.98 points, or 0.04%, to 25,510.27.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 297.46 points, or 0.57%, to close at 51,848.96

New York [US], September 16: Prometheum Inc. ("Prometheum"), a market infrastructure provider for crypto assets, today announced that its subsidiary Prometheum Capital LLC ("Prometheum Capital"), an SEC-registered, FINRA member crypto asset custodian and clearing broker-dealer, has signed a binding memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with HashKey Digital Asset Group Limited ("HashKey") and Velocity Capital, LLC ("Velocity"), an SEC-registered, FINRA member broker-dealer authorized for traditional securities clearing and execution, to internationalize tokenized U.S. equities.
