The medical system in northern Gaza is paralyzed

Tel Aviv [Israel], November 14: All hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip are said to have stopped operating while the evacuation of civilians there is hindered by fighting between Israel and Hamas.
Yesterday (November 13), the Israeli army continued to maintain pressure on Hamas in the northern Gaza Strip with the goal of eliminating this force after an attack that killed 1,200 people in Israel on October 7.
The Times of Israel reported that Israeli infantry discovered additional weapons caches and Hamas infrastructure inside schools, mosques and buildings in the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, Israel and Hamas continue to make conflicting statements regarding the situation at hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip.
