Saud bin Saqr opens Etihad Water and Electricity Museum

Ras Al-Khaimah [UAE], November 28: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Wednesday inaugurated the Etihad Water and Electricity Museum at the Saud bin Saqr Energy and Innovation Park in Ras Al Khaimah, asserting that the museum embodies the UAE's progress.
In the presence of Sheikh Khalid bin Saud Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah's Investment and Development Office and Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, H.H. Sheikh Saud emphasised the importance of documenting the successful developmental journey of the United Arab Emirates and the key historical milestones it has experienced to achieve its prestigious status on both the regional and international levels.
He also stressed the significance of establishing museums that house photographs, archival documents, artefacts, and old equipment used in implementing developmental projects.
Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah toured the museum's sections, during which he viewed its collection of photographs, documents, and historical artefacts.
