Apr 14, 2026

Washington [US], April 14: President Donald Trump said on Monday that the United States "may stop by Cuba" after it is finished in Iran.
He told reporters that many US nationals of Cuban origin have been "treated very badly" and that many of their family members have been killed or beaten up.
"And Cuba is a failing nation," Trump continued, adding that the Caribbean island was "horribly run for many years" by the communist revolutionary Fidel Castro.
Cuba's President Miguel Díaz-Canel on Sunday warned Washington against escalating the conflict between the two countries with military confrontation. (DPA)
