Oil prices climb over 1%, Brent crude reaches $97.05 per barrel

Washington [US], June 3: Oil prices rose by more than 1% during early trading today, Wednesday, continuing their gains after reaching their highest levels in a week during the previous session.
Brent crude futures increased by $1.05, or 1.09%, to reach $97.05 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude rose by about $1.01, or 1.08%, recording $94.77 per barrel.
