The process concluded with the highest stipend of 4 Lakhs for 2 months, a median stipend of 3.1 Lakhs for 2 months, and an average stipend of 2.91 lakhs for 2 months with 71 per cent of students receiving above 2.5 lakhs for 2 months." The summer placement process at SIBM Pune witnessed participation from 20+ new recruiters, while prestigious legacy recruiters continued their association with the institute. Product Management and Consulting based roles were also aplenty given the changing dynamics of the corporate world in these times.
